Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During drops, holidays, launches, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking will be provided through the Shop app and may also be sent to the email used at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or local postal services.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $150 before tax and after discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information in Shop.
Pre-Orders and Drop Items
If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, shipping times may be longer. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page when applicable.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order, but due to the nature of our products, we will not offer any returns; all items are final.
Washed or Damaged Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned with any damage will not be accepted for return.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, discounted items, accessories, socks, undergarments, and limited-release or drop items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
