Shipping Policy


All orders process within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During launches, drops, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may take longer.


Once an order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Tracking information will be provided through the Shop app and may also be sent to the email used at checkout.


We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $150 before tax and after discounts unless otherwise stated.


International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, duties, or taxes charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a shipping issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items may have longer fulfillment times. Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.


Returns / Exchanges

All sale items, discounted items, accessories, socks, undergarments, and limited-release or drop items are final sale and cannot be returned.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
